We have included on this page answers to many of the questions we have been asked regarding our website. If you have any questions that are not answered here please contact us and we will respond as soon as we can.

 

Do I need a Paypal account to pay by credit card? No. When you press the checkout button after completing your order you are given two options - The lower button on this page allows you to make a credit or debit card payment without a Paypal account.
Are credit card payments with Paypal secure? Yes. Paypal uses very high levels of security. You will notice that the shopping cart page and all other stages in the payment process have secure "https" page names, and that the secure page padlock appears in your browser.
How long will you take to send my order to me? If the item you have ordered is in stock we will despatch it within 2 working days of reciept of your order. Most of our products are made to order. It may take up to 7 working days to process, print, finish (make cards or mount/frame pictures) and despatch your order to you. The time for despatch of orders may occasionally be longer during school summer holidays. Wherever possible we will send orders to you more quickly. If you have a particular deadline for your order, please call or e-mail us to discuss. We will do our very best to meet your needs. 
How much do you charge for postage and packing? We charge a standard postage and packing charge of only £2.00 on all UK orders. We provide individual postage and packing quotes for non UK orders - see below.
Do you ship outside the UK? Yes we do. We have sent photographs and cards to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and many countries in Europe. If you wish to order from outside the UK, please use our contact page to let us know what you would like to order and where you would like it shipped to. We will obtain an up to date price for the carriage and send it to you to confirm that you are satisfied with the total delivered cost of your order. Any import duties payable on products shipped outside the UK are the customer's responsibility.
Can you provide a personalised message inside a card? Yes. If you would like a personalised message please either telephone your order details, or place your order in the normal way, and then send an e-mail to us from our contact page with details of what you have ordered and the message you would like us to include in your card.
Can you send a card directly to a recipient for me? Yes. If you would like us to do this please either telephone your order details, or place your order in the normal way (choosing No message), and then send an e-mail to us from our contact page with details of what you have ordered, the message you would like us to include in your card and the recipient's address.
How do you use information provided when I place an order with you? We do not sell or transfer customer's information to anybody else. We use your information for fulfilling your order and for our own essential financial and business records. 
What is the actual image size of photographs? The shape of individual photographs varies slightly from the standard sizes on each photo page. This enables us to crop the images to best advantage. Unmounted photographs are supplied with a white border to facilitate mounting and framing.
Are photographs supplied rolled or flat? All A5, A4, 10x8 and 16x12 photographs are supplied flat, with bubble wrap and cardboard packaging as appropriate to give a good level of protection to the photos in transit. 19 inch by 13 inch limited edition prints are supplied rolled in a cardboard postal tube.
What sort of mounts and frames do you use? We use high quality white core mount boards for mounting photographs. These mount boards have a clean white reveal when cut, which is significantly more resistant to brown staining with age than a standard mount board. The prints are hinge mounted onto a backing board to further protect the picture.

Our standard mount is a textured white mount, and we use a 23mm charcoal frame as standard. Other framing treatments are available. You can see previews of our standard framing treatment, and of the alternative mounts and frames we can make on the mount and frame options page.

Can you provide bulk/wholesale products for me to sell? We regularly provide bulk copies of our cards (both Christmas cards and everyday cards) to customers. We also provide wholesale pricing for volume orders of coasters, mugs and other products. Contact us with your requirements and we will provide a price quote.
What if I am not happy with something I have bought from you? Our objective is that our customers should be delighted with products they have bought from us. If you are not satisfied, please return the product to us, in its original packaging and condition, within 7 days for a full refund.
