Pen-y-Ghent is one of Yorkshire's three Peaks - rising to 694m (2,273 feet). This photograph was taken from Brackenbottom Moor, from the path which most three peaks walkers use. A combination of overnight snow and a brief hole in the clouds gave tremendous light for a short period highlighting the distinctive shape of the hill.
