Aysgarth Falls is one of the best known sites in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. It is well worth a visit if you are staying in or passing through Wensleydale. The character of the falls changes substantially depending on the level of water. This photograph is taken from the bridge which crosses the River Ure at Aysgarth, and shows the upper falls after a night of rain.
