Cray Gill Waterfalls, Wharfedale

The small hamlet of Cray stands in a steep valley on the flanks of Buckden Pike towards to top of Wharfedale. The layering of hard and soft rocks has creates a number of attractive waterfalls along the streams in the area. This image shows Cow Close Gill descending a series of steps shortly before its confluence with Cray Gill.
