The Humber Bridge was the longest single span suspension bridge in the world for 16 years after its opening in 1981. It has a total length of 2,200 metres. This shot at sunset was taken from Hessle, near Hull, with reflections from the bridge lights giving attractive pools of light in the waters of the Humber estuary.
